In case you have not received a purchased item within 30 days after delivery, please contact us by email. We will check it with the post office and then resend it or refund the missing item. We can’t provide you a refund, if 30 days have passed since your order delivered and arrived.

If a product you received from our shop is defective, please contact us within 2 days after receiving the shipment. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all its accessories and receipt or other proof of purchase. The returned item must be unused.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not reimburse your delivery expenses for returning the item. Please, also consider the service of a trackable delivery provider or purchasing delivery insurance to guarantee that we will get your returned item.

As soon as we receive the item back and after we inspect your return, we will send you an email notification and will refund your money in a reasonable number of days.
